This week, we’re going to start to dive deep into the general mindset that will set you up for lifelong health and fitness. We’ll also approach a new mindset around workouts and around nutrition. This is actually gonna sound counter-intuitive, especially after all the goal setting we just did, but for many people, goal setting actually pushes them FURTHER away from their goals. The way we create and view goals can actually hold us back. There’s a black magic, a dark side, of goal setting we need to be aware of and protect ourselves from.

Now that you did some in-depth goal setting, let’s go back and ensure that we delivered goals in a safe and healthy way.

People don’t often consider this question. And when you look around, I find that people are doing this incorrectly. Which is actually holding them back, because by not celebrating correctly, we’re missing out on a huge physiological and neurological helper than can promote more consistent habits.
